I like the look, though I would take out the 2nd border around the minimap, not really needed. I'd align the bottom of the cast bar on the same Y Variable as the Player and Target Bars. I don't like the spark on the debuff bars that well, would look better with just a flat look. I'd align the top of your buffs with the same Y Variable as your minimap and I would get a battle text like MSBT.

I really like the look of it though, good job
