Button dissapearing

After long time no play and char tranfer Im dealing with this mysterious Auto carrot button not willing to show up with old settings. Which is:

Frame: AutoCarrotButton
FrameLevel: 1
Anchor: RIGHT
X: -2
Y: 57
W: 36
H: 36

In layout-local.txt

If I change Anchor to Center for example button showing up, but not with RIGHT. Tried x=0 y=0 too. Why? Right is valid anchor? Why icon nowhere to be found.
Such a little thing but its buggin me.
