What is the user currently dragging?

I have discovered OnReceiveDrag, and was wondering how I figure out what the user is actually dragging (A spell, an item, etc).

Is there a way to do this?

EDIT: I just realized this is mostly an XML issue, but still has some LUA-ness to it Sorry for the wrong forum post heh.
