Help w/ Updating Gypsy XML puzzling issue

I am trying to update the Gypsy Unit Bars for 2.0 since the original author no longer is supporting them.

I am having an issue that I hope is easy to fix but I just can't seem to figure out what it is.

In the Gypsy_PartyFrame.xml the buff icons show up but only as blank boxes. When I mouse over the icon the correct buff is displayed. I can't figure out the reason for the blank icons.

Any help / hints would be greatly appreciated. I have the rest of the Unit mod code worked out and error free.. this one issue escapes me.
