Can't even start Carbonite

Well, today I tried to use Carbonite for first time, and I got an error, I dont have any addon that causes conflict so I dont know what might it be... I play on 3.0.9 server!

I think you have the same problem as this dude here:

If your server has 3.0.9 patch only then it's a private server as the official patch is 3.1.1.
The thing is that you should STOP playing on private servers, they don't provide any real experience of WoW as it is now on official blizz servers. I really hope one day Blizz will manage to stop all these private servers once and for all.

No idea, but Blizzard will go on another spree handing out Cease and Desist orders. It wasn't long ago that they did this. They'll ban the idiots that use them, too.

Wish there was a way to block them from using addons, so we wouldn't have to deal with them when they wonder why said mod doesn't work.

They either eventually get banned, or get their live accounts hacked because they were stupid and used a private server, which opened them up to keyloggers. Then they don't have an account to use addons with

You would be amazed at the number of idiots who post over in the tech support forums that "they used a private server and now they can't log back into the live servers". I crack up every time I read those because they remind me of the thief who robbed the convenience store and left their drivers license on the counter rofl.
