Auto Combat Skill mod?

Hello all, I'm looking for a mod that can repeat a combat skill over and over. I'll be using it for sinister strike. In SWG you could make a macro repeat by its self untill you turned it off. Is there a macro in WoW similar to this? THanks for your help .

Short Answer: Nope.

Long answer - You used to be able to fake this by having your mod check on various keypresses if something was available, and if it was, cast it, but this functionality has been somewhat crippled in recent patches.
