Looking for a mod

I was wondering if there is a mod that allows you to key bind spells without having to place it on the Action Bars. And also if there is a mod that shows a small action bar when you hold a trigger key, shift for exmaple. So it would be like Shift + Number would show the bar and perform that action/macro/spell, etc. Thanks for any help.
