Just to update. Shift key not set as self cast or focus cast. Went through keybinds with a fine toothed comb and found no binds that used the key combos I was trying to use. Ultimately what worked for me what to Reset all keybinds to default, unbound the keys for my macros, then try the macros and worked perfectly. Went back in to set up specific keybinds that I use, but left everything else the same. Obviously I had something bound previously, but I wasn't able to find it. Thanks for the help.
