Quartz and Friends Castbar deactivating while in combat

Hey

i just wondered if its somehow possible to get rid of friends castbars while in combat....

atm the only way is activating friends castbar (if i got them as target ofc) or deactivate it to not see any castings from friends...

but i only dont want to show the castbars in fight....out of combat i want to see them....

the reason i ask is im a healer and got a huge target cast bar for interrupting in pvp and pve but it sucks to heal a caster class which casts all the time and see the bar poping up all the time....
