Security warning from ad

I was just posting a comment on an addon, and my browser popped up a security warning dialog:

"Warning: The server's certificate chain is incomplete, and the signer(s) are not registered. Accept?"

The server named provided is "www.24hourfitness.com". I got the same warning a week or so ago, but closed it too quickly and wasn't able to report it.

As the only pages open in my browser right now are WoWInterface pages, I'm guessing this must be an issue with one of your ads, especially since when the warning appeared, no ad loaded on the page I was currently viewing.
