Hello friends,

I searched around the site and also on the internet in search of a function, but not found.

Someone can tell me which API function that disables mouseover the chat table?

For example:
Hovering the mouse over the chat window it shows the background in black smoke, I would remove this function, let it always transparent even when mousing over.
