Maximized Map Edges

When in Dalaran, if I move my mouse to the edge of the maximized map, it zooms out and shows the zone around Dalaran. I'd like to disable this 'edge zoom' feature. I enabled 'ignore mouse' option, but then my icon tooltips down show, so that's not the option im looking for.

All zones use a bunch of hotspots to determine their shape. Dalaran is cut around the actual area of the city, so that Crystalsong can also be selected. There is no setting to change that.
