Prevent AFK timer / warning

I'm searching for an AddOn that can warn me BEFORE I go AFK. In Ashran you often have to wait for events, problem is if you do nothing for 3 minutes you get AFK and kicked from Ashran. Any addon out there that can do this as full screen visual warning + sound warning?
