Blending addons

Hello, Im new to this website and trying to change my UI. Like everyone else, got tired of the stardard UI and decided to do something. I've notice alot of nice compelation UI's but tried to download some and could not get it to look the same, i.e. the omen, threat meters and chat boxes blended into the skin or screen. Been looking around and thinking it's eepanel that does this.
I looked for a website that would show me how to use eepanel2 to do what I wanted to do but can not get a good anwser from these websites. Can someone link me a website where I can learn how to blend the addons to the skin/screen?

if the UI dosnt look right on your screen your probably using a lower Resolution and/or your UI scale might be too small.

thanks for the reply. And yes my resolution is smaller than what the UI was made for. Tried to compensate but I need more practice.
