RealUI Stat Display Issue

Hey, I recently started using RealUI and have managed to get most things just the way I want them. However, I ran into a small issue with the Stat Display that is shown to the right of the Player Unit Frame when in combat.

I didn't like it very much and managed to find them in the options and disable them, but for some reason that caused me to have these 2 little arrows next to my Unit Frame that, from what I can tell, don't really seem to do anything other than annoy me. I've circled the little arrows in the following image:



Any help as to how I can remove these would be greatly appreciated.
