Proc watch

Hello,

Is there an addon that shows the icon of a certain buff when you gain that buff? As in, get Missile Barrage or Clearcasting on a mage and have the icons for those procs show up? I realize that PowerAuras is capable, but is there anything lighter on memory/cpu usage?
