Looking for an AddOn..

There's an AddOn i'm looking for, it makes you do /healme and /helpme when your health is low.

Can anyone help me out?

cant find the addon atm i know its out there some where, but when you find it can u get your Healers to use this addon plz

There was one called AutoShoutOut that did this for health and mana also when you got aggro. Its currently in the outdated mods section.

I've just added an updated version that supports DKs. I've IM'd the admin to ask that it get moved out of the "Outdated Mods" section.
