I've been using X-Perl for quite some time and am now sick to death of a problem where it refuses to update the health bar, and the lack of interest from the developer.
I would now like to switch to PitBull, but am worried about the complicated configuration to get it just right. I have seen screenshots of PitBull on the PitBull website that I really like, but there doesn't appear to be any way to import them into PB4 (there is in PB3, but many setups don't work due to version conflicts).
So, my questions are: 1. How do I get other users PB setups into PB4? and 2. Is there a web site (other than the PB one) where users post their setups for me to download and try?
You could find a compilation that uses PitBull4 which has it set up in a way you like. Then just use the saved variables for PitBull from that UI.
Alternatively, you could use a different unit frame addon that is easier to deal with configuration-wise. You won't be able to do everything under the sun with it, but (seeing as how you were using X-Perl before) that doesn't seem like something you're interested in anyhow. Check out Shadowed Unit Frames.
