Request for a new mod: Quick Stack Split (Minimalist)

I've found some auction mods that had this sort of integrated, but never found it as a simple, standalone mod...

I need a mod that will auto-split stacks of items into smaller stacks with a single click.

For example:

You want to split a stack of 20 x Oily Blackmouth into 5 stacks of 4. You ctrl-shift click the stack and it prompts for a number. You say 5, and click ok. Then the mod automatically splits the stack into 5 stacks of 4 and places those stacks in available slots in your bag.

If you'd specify 3 for example instead of 5, then it would make 3 stacks of 6 and one stack of 2 (the modulo of 20 modulo 3).

That's all I'd want this mod to do. No bells and whistles, nothing else.

I know nothing about moding, so would anyone be willing to make that?
