oRA MT Integration

i just messed arround with integrating the oRA2 MT-List into RDX to use some custom frames instead of those default ones oRA supports. it's not fully tested but seems to work so far.

it should create a new folder "win_oRA_MT" if it does not exist, you can edit or replace the unitframe/window in it for your needs.
