Cooldown Bars Instead of Icons

Does anyone have any suggestions on implementing cooldown bars instead of icons
Also I am not seeing all the cooldowns I would like to use in the CDI (icons for now,and would like tips for modifying the list / lua file.)

I would be using the following

Meta CD
ICC REP RING
Hyperspeed Accelerators
Engineering Explosives
Lightweave's ICD

Do I need a specific combination of Variables, Bars and shaders perhaps.

Cooldown bars is not available for now.

In the files RDX/Metadata/Cooldown.lua, you will found the list of listening cooldown.
example :

Omni.RegisterSpellClassCooldown(47585, "PRIEST", 3*60); -- dispersion

I need the spellid + the cooldown timer.
