clean up old unused files ?

while browsing through the rdx-directory i noticed that there are several old and no longer used files still in the svn, f.ex.: SW-Stats, Lib:Threat-2.0 and Lib: SharedMedia integration, old omniscience parsers (localized versions for the pre-2.4 combatlog). is there any reason why these files are still kept or could they be purged ?
