Spoken boss alerts on DBM or other addons

Hi!

A Chinese friend of mine has this addon that will speak during boss fights alerting about abilities or events during the fight (for example: "Prepare for purple circle" during the DS boat fight). I think it might be DBM (he's not sure because he uses some addon pack and never pays attention to what is what), but I can't seem to find any option for that kind of alert. This addon speaks Chinese, of course, but I think there must be something like that in English, which would be easier for me.

Any ideas? Thanks!
