Warlock soul stone Assignments

looking for an easy way to get a list of warlocks in the raid group then assign them atarget for their soulstone, just basically needs to announce ot the warlock channel who does what, then i can click it and uit broadasts the assignments, might also be helpful with "curse of elements/curse of shadow"

eventually could be expanded so that it watches the combat log and when Soulstione ressurection fades or is consumed, it would rebroadcast
