Minimize Quest Watch

Don't think I saw this question asked before so I'll just go ahead and ask it.

When you minimize the quest watch, is it intended to jump downward the way it does currently? I feel it would be more fluid if clicking minimize didn't move the title bar and just hid the quest objectives. Always thought the current behavior seemed a bit odd.

If you place the quest watch bar at the top of the screen when minimized it won't jump down anymore. Mine is located in the top right corner of my screen.

Minimize mode actually has a separate location saved for it. You can grab the bar and move it in that mode and it will remember the location.
