Uber spam in Insom Rmx

High, just installed insom recomp and its very good.

But I have 1 big problem with it being a mage.
I cant find options to turn down the msg sent to party chat and emotes when I use arcane explosion.(I feel bad just to use the damn skill, so bad the spam is.)

Is there a way to turn all this "to chat" info to be sent?
It doesnt seems to be the combat caller since I deactivated it and its still works.
What parts are/is involved here?
