Setting Goto point in another zone

Is it possible to use /carb goto to set a point in a zone other than the one you are in?

And can we please get it to accept 40,20 or 40 20 as coordinate inputs?

/carb goto tanaris 25.2,50.3

Both of these work, and I'm sure you see how you can adapt it for any zone and coordinates.

Odd, I was sure I'd tried

/carb goto twilight highlands 51.2,33.7

and that did NOT work, but it does work. Perhaps I forgot the "," when I was testing. OK. I must be losing my mind, I messed with this for over an hour yesterday and could not get it to work. Today, everything is working.
