[Request] Wild Pet Tooltip

[Suggestions]

I'm looking for an addon that displays information on the tooltip when mousing over a wild battle pet if you have the pet species in your collection already.

Something like:

Rabbit
Pet Level 1 Critter
Capturable - Collected (2/3)

Rabbit Level 2 uncommon
Fred Level 23 rare
--------------------------------------

(Also modifying the unit frame tooltip within a battle with the same info)
