Looking for a Mobile Frames Mod

Anyone able to create a mod similiar to Mobile Frames? A simple mod that allows you to move the default windows around from their static locations. (map, char portrait, group, quest log, bars etc). I know about mods such as dominos and such but i dont want to change the default look and feel of the normal blizz windows, I am just looking for the ability to move them.

(if one exists and is supported, please let me know)

Scroll down til you see the comment, it seems that someone uploaded a version that works with 3.0.
