Target Debuff Timers? Anybody?

When I am playing on my warrior I use a lot of skills that have very short durations on the enemy. It would be nice to know when the debuffs are going to end so I can improve my rage management. I've looked all over but I can't find anything that adds timers to debuffs on the target frame. Is this possible? If not does anybody have any suggestions on another mod that might help me better manage my rage?
