Tooltip customizer - requested addon

Hi there reader!

I have a special request if possible.

I'm gifted with a special ability in my life, i call it a no-stick forehead, it'sa marvel in my line of work to have, altho it's a curse any time else...

So, ive made nifty macros but i am also having a hard time remembering what they all contain and what all the abilities do in detail.

Is it possible that such a addon exists that lets me make my own Tooltip for my macros? Or is it possible to make one?

i'm now also looking for a Addon that lets me handle my XP bar... currently i have it somewhat across my Minimap, but i would like to edit the placement order of it ... Im using Dominos atm, and cant find any other mod that lets me "handle" this part of the UI as i want.

*Edit size and placement of the UI
*Edit the "placement" of the XP Bar to ex. background.

Any ideas?

Macaroon - AB bars that you can put you macro in and make custom text to show up in tool tips. Also will have a store area for all your macros.

but it didnt really let me handle the exp bar as i wanted fully... i want to be able to put the exp bar in order of appereance.

I want it to be placed behind my minimap, i got it centered with some buttons and stuff around it and i want to move the EXP bar up there, but not to be above the minimap.

Any ideas?
