Multiple WoW installations?

I have 2 WoW folders.
Are there any plans to have minion check multiple folders?
Right now, when I go into options and change the folder, it doesn't actually update/flag out of date plugins, if I've already installed them in the other folder.

It may be out of scope for them to start making minion sync multiple folders, but if it fits your needs, you might be interested in this:

Right now there is no way to do this, sorry. However, feel free to submit it as a feature request at http://mmoui.com/bugs

Okay... but is there anywhere Minion stores what it updated?
Because when I change the folder location, it doesn't detect that the version there is outdated.
Ergo, I'm guessing it reads off a file somewhere else.
