Is there an addon that can show your info and target's info and they are not at top left corner but above your action bar just like HellsingUI ?
I don't need an exact graphic like this one .

The addon used there is Discord Unit Frames. I generally use Pitbull but there are may more, all of which allow you to customise them and place them where you want them. Look here for some if the unit mods you could try. It must be said that some have a greater learning curve than others, but don't let that put you off.

Also if your happy with the default ui look you can use moveanything or fluidframes to move the default frames.
