http://www.wowwiki.com/API_UnitAura shows it is possible to get the expiration timer which I assume is total time and not the current time left so the addons in question would need to track debuffs as they appear on the target and track the timer I suspect. If there isn't a recent addon that does this you may have to look at an old one and figure out how they got it working and hopefully someone will update it if the original author isn't available anymore.
