Charcoal UI..anyone willing to share

Supposedly Crash was releasing his updated Charcoal UI this afternoon but I can't seem to get his website. If it has been release is there anyone willing to share it with me, I really really miss it and I'm sick of looking at the default UI.

Also, I'm not linking to Crash's website as it will be adding fuel to the fire as I'm sure he doesn't have enough bandwidth.

Thanks a lot for sharing this. I've been trying to download it the whole day.

But... how do I install it? The previous version used to come in separated folders, but this one is all in one.
