Target/portrait help

I use Xperl Unit Frames, and I like it, but what i want to accomplish is the ability to separath a targeting units health bars and portrait. Is there a way to do that with Xperl? And if not, know a mod that does? Also,, the ability to remove the borders from them would be an awesome bonus. I have no idea how to make a mod, let alone a mod like that, so that's not an option.
