problem with OmniCC

Hello, since version 2.xx I can't get OmniCC to show me the timer for my different spells on the action bars with ms included.

Basically, once I press let's say Judgement who has 8 secs cd (imaginary example). It will begin displaying 8..7..6 and so on untill it's down to 1sec but from 1 to 0 it doesn't display 0.9 0.8 and so on like it used to do in version 2.xx
Any idea how to configure this back into it?
It was really helpful especially for a pallie.
