Bartender4 preventing cooldown mods from working

I am currently running with Bartender4 and it seems to be preventing my CoolDowns addon from working properly (or at all.)

I've tried running the CoolDowns addon by itself w/o BT4 enabled, and it works fine. I also ran it w/ all my other mods (except BT4) and it still works.

Further, my roommate can run the two just fine. So I'm kind of stuck.

I've reinstalled all my addons. Out-of-date addons are loading (yes, I checked it on the logon screen ).

Has anyone had a similar problem? Or know how I can fix this?
