Classic lib for spells

Hi did someone knows if there is a lib for classic which all spells, adn the Level you learned that spell?

Somehing like
local Spells = {}
Spells= LIBSPELL:GetSpellinfoByClass(class)

that that we have something like

Spells[1]. ID = 123456
Spells[1]. levellearned= 22
