Suggestion: Time Changing

Would be nice if you could add a option in user prefrencies or somthing like that to change the time to your local time (like a little scale from +12 down to -12) so that forums,favourites ect show when they where updated in your time and not something different.

User CP > Edit Options > Scroll down to "Date and Time". Set for local time.
