Quest Watch List? (Slight Urgency; please help? Dx)

So, I was playing as usual when suddenly, my Quest Watch List.... disappeared o-o;
It's absolutely nowhere- I've been through all the settings, I've tried everything, but it's just not there any more o__O;

Also, every time I load WoW, it says I'm using an "old" version, yet I just updated it?

PLEASE help- it's so annoying not having the little list of all my quests next to me. xC

Right click the Carb minimap button, select Options, select the Reset page and left click the text "Reset Watch Window layout".
