Confict with Citi Virtural Account

I tried to download the trial Carbonite software and it shows a confict with Citi Virtural Account. It wants me to turn off Citi which I will not do. I make to much use of it. Is there a work around to this problem?

I believe you may be at the wrong forums. Are you asking about the World of Warcraft game addon Carbonite? Or the Online Backup Program also named Carbonite?
