Instance Loot vs. Make-your-own

I'm currently 'blueing' myself out for Karazhan with my guild...
I'm now thinking about getting Tailoring for some of those epic patterns for epic gear (Shadoweave etc.).

Should I do this? Or get epic loot from Karazhan?

unless you're guild has kara on farm status...
you'll probably find it easier to to go into kara with the best gear you can get you hands on.

The battlecast set is a pvp set. Get Spellstrike for pve.
