A UI to see Vent Names ?

I have heard of a Program that allows you to see the people that are talking in vent while in the game. Is this program just a wishful thought by another player, or is there merit to it? I would love to have it, just to be able to identify the similar voices that I hear all the time in the raids.... and no... not the ones in my head... they all have names.

Make sure it is already active/running before you start the game. Otherwise you won't see the names of your buddies ingame.

Unfortunately, this can't be done with the in-game UI. Farook's suggestion is the only way to do this for vent.
