Skins for girls?

Hey, I know you guys are all busy and I'm sorry to bug you. I was just hoping that maybe if you got a minute and you were feeling creative One of you brilliant minds could make me a skin that was a little more girlie? Maybe pink or pink and black...idk. The Hello Kitty skin is ok but I dont like the pumpkins in in I use NUI and I really like it, please please make us girls a skin or two

You ask the guys around here to get you a "girls" skin and you may find yourself with something you weren't expecting

You could always take one of the other skins that are out there and make your own - it wouldn't be too terribly difficult.

Probably not exactly what you want, but you could look at my Paladin skin. It's black with a pink outline. Of course, it has the Paladin logo also.

I dont think its a matter of not being serious. To the contrary i think it was literal. Best bet is to give more detail rather than less. If its purely a color thing then Petrah more or less has it covered with the pally skin suggestion. If you have more specific ideas then by all means let them fly. You never know it might inspire someone.

okay a girly point of view.

i really would like something kinda girlie also. i can be a little more direct with the question.

something with butterflies or faeries or even possible something like the few i saw that were like a red multi color but more of a purple or pink. i am not a fan of hello kitty but it is cute. i could even help look for graphic i really like if some one would explain how to take an existing skin and change it to be more girly as was commented before. thanks guys.

You can use a program like Gimp (its a free graphics editing program and a mighty good one at that) or similar programs to edit existing skins. I also believe floating around somewhere is the template for nUI's dashboard so you can create one from scratch.

Ok so I converted the files, changed the colors and reconverted them back. IF this works, we will have a baby pink version of the gloss black skin. *fingers crossed* I also answered my own question on how to put it up on here so, if it works I will. Ty for all the help. This was kinda fun. If i did it right i may try a few other things Unfortunately we have to wait for WoW to come back up

Ok, havin another prob. I cant get any of the skins with console files ie the arrows or carbon square to work for me. I put them in the same way as the others and they work fine (the ones with the tops). Any ideas y this is?

Are you getting any error messages? Did you check the "AddOns" configuration at the character selection screen to make sure the addon was in the list and enabled?

No, no error messages. It just doesn't show up in the "AddOns" configuration at the character selection screen at all. And, like I said it's only the ones with no top. I tried a few different ones, and the ones without a console file for the top work fine.

Hmmm... well, for starters, the "ones with no top" are not mine, so I can't really say what the issue is with them. Can you link me the downloads you tried that aren't working so I can take a look at them?

Pretty good and makes it that much nicer for you to use since you created it yourself
