Contemplation Macro for Paladin

I figured this one would be easy, just need a little help with the way it's written, since I don't know exactly how to do it. Once I figure it out, I'm sure making macros will be much easier. I'd like to have a macro for Contemplation where when I use it I say out loud "I need a moment to rest my mind" or something like that and then cast Contemplation. Thanks in advance for any help.
