Help Identifying this Nameplate Addon Please

I would have thought this was Kui Nameplates. But this seems to have different "arrows" when you target a mob. So I'm not so sure it is...

Anyone know for sure which nameplate addon this is (please see the video)? I'd really like to check it out...

So maybe it's some configuration thing in one of those, don't see anything on screenshots of them he mention.

I'm pretty sure it's Tidy Plates. However it's seems like a really custom preset.

I figured it out. It's part of ElvUI... but you have to enable the Target Indicators, which I didn't notice at first. Thanks!
