Carbonite not loading for 1 Toon

Carbonite loads fine on my other toons. Won't load on one specifically.
The other addons I'm using are as follows: Atlasloot, Recount, DBM. No glitches, it just brings up the standard wow-interface, maps, etc. and will not load. I've tried removing carbonite, reloading ui, disabling, enabling out of date addons to no avail. I was prompted with an error message about a ui conflict which is when the problem began. It gave me a choice between two options and I chose the "don't run" one that was given. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow. Boy do I feel stupid: Resolved.
I was checking the addons from the toon selection screen and realized on this one toon in particular Carbonite 4.3 was unchecked, while the rest of it was. That made it easy to spot the problem. However, it is strange that the only conflict I had occurred on one toon yet not the others. Silly mistake, and I apologize for wasting anyone's time.
