Addon Updater?

Is there an automatic updater at WoW Interface? I'm talking about the way it works at Curse, where it will search your current addons and list whether it is up to date or that there is an update available. I've searched using many different ways of asking this question and wasn't able to find it. I apologize in advance if I somehow missed the post.
