salvage yard nightmare

i am trying to manage 13 salvage yards and it is becoming overwhelming. i am looking for any advice to simplify this process. TSM Destroying is nice because i can set it to ignore items with a real time DE value less than the vendor. what would really be nice though, would be auto-mailing anything with a value (wowuction/auctiondb/undermine) higher than, say 500g, to my banker. i was trying to set up a TSM group to auto-include those valuable greens, but it doesn't seem to work that way. does anyone know a way to quickly weed out those high priced greens without manually checking every tooltip. thanks
